This class covers the basics of postural and muscular balance but also builds into flowing sequences. Moving through postures can be bring an energised and relaxed feeling to your practice. Building your fitness and training your body to find balance both in the studio and in your everyday activities or sports.
Suitable for beginners who want to develop better awareness of their body and build fitness and experienced practitioners who want to develop a new understanding of Pilates and movement.
