A gentle but effective class. Stretching and strength conditioning exercises; This class teaches the basics of postural and muscular balance and control. It also offers the next level of discovery of the experienced practitioner. A lot of the postures are held or repeated and the focus is on good technique, building strength and understanding how to do Pilates with maximum benefit for your individual body.
