Mum & Baby Yoga classes are a wonderful place to find calmness, bond with your baby and meet other mamas with whom to share the ins and outs of motherhood. My Baby Yoga classes promote a holistic approach to baby care and parenting. Each session includes a postnatal yoga practice to help your body restore and strengthen, fun songs and gentle movements to support your baby’s physical, emotional and mental development, and deep relaxation to release tension and stress.

Mums & Babies Post Natal yoga is an hour long class designed to allow mums to connect with their babies in a very open and welcoming space while using Post Natal Yoga to tone and tighten up the core, exercise and activate the pelvic floor area and enjoy getting back into a healthy mind and body routine. This class is a very interactive yoga class for both mums and babies, and sequences and activities are tailored to babies being a part of your yoga practice as well as including exercises to stimulate babies in their early development.
The class flows from focused yoga for mums to stretching out and playing with babies. This is a great space for mums to meet each other and feel completely comfortable in an supportive environment where babies are welcome to be themselves and mums can feel relaxed and calm.
Post Natal yoga is suitable for mums from 6 weeks after birth, 12 weeks for C sections or if your doctor says its ok to practice.
