Pregnancy yoga is an amazing way to prepare the body and mind for birth. In this class we will work with breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind, while releasing the tensions and stress of everyday living. Breath work is linked to a range of specially tailored yoga sequences that will help tone, relax, strengthen and prepare the body for labour. This class is specifically designed to allow you to move, stretch and stay active in a supportive and safe environment for yourself and your baby. Relaxation is also an important part of the class, leaving your mind calm and focused.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable from 13 weeks all the way up until your due date.

A nurturing practice open to all expecting mothers (including beginners!), seeking to maintain fitness, ease aches and pains, learn postures suitable for birthing, relax both the mind and body, and practice essential breathing techniques for pregnancy, birthing, and beyond.
