A nurturing practice open to all expecting mothers (including beginners!), seeking to maintain fitness, ease aches and pains, learn postures suitable for birthing, relax both the mind and body, and practice essential breathing techniques for pregnancy, birthing, and beyond.
Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy to birth.
