This dynamic practice synchronises breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Class starts with sun salutations followed by standing postures, seated postures and finishes with relaxation. Ashtanga yoga helps to tone the body and strengthen the core at the same time remaining spiritual and mindful practice.
