Celia Perry is running a new Yoga class – Starts 9th January, Every Wednesday 4.15-5.30pm.
This style is inspired by Scaravelli yoga – a practice rooted in functional movements that are helpful to train carefully into our bodies and create useful muscle memory patterns for everyday life. Practicing this way can help us find space around our joints and freedom through the spine.
This yoga is gentle to your body, friendly to your mind and calming for your nervous system; a practice of enquiry, sensation and awareness.
Available to all levels, this class will be both relaxing and re-energising. We make real changes in the body by small and regular repetitions, so a 5-week introduction will provide a platform for positive changes and help to start this healthy habit in the New Year.
Celia is trained with The British Wheel of Yoga through the London Teacher Training Group and holds a BTEC 5 Sport & Remedial Massage Diploma with The London School of Sports Massage. Celia continuously deepens her own knowledge by attending workshops and training events. Her practice combines functional anatomy as a body-worker and her growing depth of understanding of the body as a current student at the University College of Osteopathy.
Special Intro offer £50 for 5 classes. Drop-in rate £12.
